Illustrating Heritage: Menorca’s 30 Years of Preservation

Commemorating a significant chapter in environmental and cultural guardianship, Menorca celebrated 30 years as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Unconform Studio was tasked with conceptualizing a campaign that resonated with the island’s commitment to preservation and celebrated its diverse landscapes and culture.

We crystallized the significance of Menorca’s role within the Biosphere Reserve, crafting illustrations of specific subjects that poetically articulated the uniqueness of its land. These artworks were then showcased on a collection of promotional materials, all locally produced and printed using sustainable methods.

We collaborated with photographer Jessica De Lima to capture Menorca’s essence for the campaign. The photography was envisioned to reinterpret product communication, weaving a visual narrative that showcases the raw beauty of the island and elevates the objects with a touch of romanticism.

A special thanks goes to dance  Camila Granger, whose presence became the face and embodiment of the campaign, bringing the narrative to life with elegance and authenticity.
